Basic ethics of executives and employees

  1. We will share the management philosophy of the company, sympathize with the goals and values pursued by the company, and sincerely carry out the mission given to each person in accordance with the company business policy.
  2. We will create an organizational culture based on smooth communication within the company and between colleagues and mutual trust.
  3. We will do our best to perform our assigned duties, perform in a legitimate manner, and comply with various relevant laws and regulations regarding our business and the rules of the company.
  4. We will endeavor to prevent any acts or relationships that conflict with our understanding of the company, and if there is a conflict of understanding between the company and an individual or department, we will give priority to the interests of the company and act accordingly.
  5. We will not trade stocks using inside information acquired in business.
  6. We will not provide important undisclosed information that may affect the stock price to third parties without legal procedure.
  7. We will protect the company's physical property, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, etc. and do not use it for private purposes.
  8. We will not pursue private profits using job titles or engage in unfair trade using non-public information obtained from the company.
  9. We will not divulge important information that may affect the profits of the company.
  10. We will not engage in any language or behavior that impairs a healthy peer relationship, including physical, linguistic, and visual language and behavior that are perceived to induce sexual humiliation.
  11. We will not use the superiority of our position or relationship in the company to harass other workers beyond the scope of correction, such as causing physical or mental distress to other workers or deteriorating the working environment.
  12. We will not engage in political activities during our working hours and do not use the company's organization, human resources and property for political purposes.
  13. The suffrage and political views of each officer will be respected, but their political views and political involvement will not be misunderstood from the standpoint of the company.
  14. We will not accept any form of money, gifts, or entertainment from stakeholders, including business partners.
  15. We will not provide money, gifts, or hospitality that exceed socially accepted norms to stakeholders, including business partners, in connection with company business.
  16. We will not exchange money, excessive gifts, or entertainment with one another.
  17. All employees must adhere to the Code of Ethics in good faith. In case of violation of this, we will take responsibility for the action.
  18. If someone is compelled to do something that violates the Code of Ethics, or if you recognize an unjust act, report this to the department in charge of the Code of Ethics.
  19. We will prevent recurrence by thoroughly identifying the root cause and providing education in the event of a violation of the code of ethics.
