  1. Recruitment application When there is a recruitment need, applications are accepted through the recruitment website.
  2. Application Submitted applications are thoroughly reviewed following primary competency verification,
    basic qualification requirements and self-introduction.
  3. Job Interview  The job interview may take several steps.
    This is the phase in which individual competencies, including job skills, personality traits, and suitability within the organization are thoroughly assessed.
    We employ a range of interview methods to select the most suitable candidate for the role.
  4. Final acceptance Final approval is subject to completion of a health screening and background check, and confirmation will be made based on the results obtained.
